This Privacy Policy explains how Kontek Industries, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use Dreamers AI: Character Chat, our related websites, customer support, and other services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Service”).
By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the Service.
1. Scope and Data Controller
Kontek Industries, Inc, is the controller of personal information processed through the Service, except where another party acts as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through the Service. It does not apply to third-party websites, services, or platforms that have their own privacy policies.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect the following categories of information.

Please do not submit highly sensitive personal information, confidential information belonging to another person, or content that you do not have the right to use.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically

2.3 Purchase and Subscription Information
The Service offers Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly auto-renewable subscriptions and may offer one-time in-app purchases.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple. We do not receive your complete payment-card or bank-account details. We may receive and process purchase-related information needed to deliver and manage your entitlement, including product ID, transaction ID, original transaction ID, purchase date, subscription status, expiration date, renewal status, refund or revocation status, storefront, receipt information, and entitlement status.
Apple processes payment information under Apple’s own privacy policy and terms. You should review Apple’s policies for information about its payment and account practices.
2.4 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information from:
Apple, including purchase, subscription, refund, and entitlement information;
authentication providers, if third-party sign-in is offered;
analytics, attribution, fraud-prevention, cloud-hosting, moderation, and customer-support providers;
AI service providers that process prompts and return generated responses;
advertising partners, where advertising is used and permitted by your settings and applicable law.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
provide, operate, maintain, and personalize the Service;
generate AI responses and maintain conversation and character context;
create and manage accounts, preferences, chat history, and character settings;
verify subscriptions and one-time purchases, deliver purchased entitlements, restore eligible purchases, and prevent duplicate or unauthorized access;
process reports, apply content moderation, investigate abuse, and protect users and the Service;
provide customer support and respond to privacy requests;
measure product performance, understand feature usage, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability;
detect fraud, security incidents, policy violations, and unlawful activity;
communicate service, security, support, legal, or purchase-related notices;
comply with law, enforce our Terms of Use, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
perform other purposes disclosed at the time of collection or with your consent.
4. AI Processing and Content Moderation
Messages, prompts, character settings, and other content you submit may be processed by us and by contracted AI, cloud, safety, and moderation providers to generate responses, operate features, detect prohibited content, prevent abuse, evaluate service quality, and improve the Service.
AI-generated responses are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or inappropriate. We may use automated systems and human review to detect, review, restrict, or remove content that may violate our Terms of Use, safety rules, or applicable law. Human review is limited to personnel and service providers who need access for support, safety, security, quality, or legal purposes.
Do not include information in chats or prompts that you would not want processed by the Service and its contracted providers.
5. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal information on one or more of the following grounds:
Contract: to provide the Service, deliver purchased features, and perform our agreement with you.
Legitimate interests: to maintain, secure, moderate, analyze, and improve the Service, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
Consent: where you choose optional features, grant device permissions, allow tracking, or otherwise consent to processing.
Legal obligation: to comply with applicable law, lawful requests, tax, accounting, consumer-protection, or safety obligations.
Protection of rights and safety: to prevent fraud, abuse, security threats, or harm and to establish or defend legal claims.
6. How We Share Information
We may share information with:
Service providers: companies that provide AI processing, cloud hosting, storage, analytics, diagnostics, attribution, security, moderation, customer support, email delivery, or other technical services. They may process information only for contracted purposes and subject to appropriate safeguards.
Apple: for App Store transactions, subscription management, refunds, entitlement verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with Apple’s requirements.
Professional advisers: auditors, lawyers, accountants, insurers, and consultants where reasonably necessary.
Authorities and legal recipients: when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
Business-transfer recipients: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.
Other parties with your direction or consent: when you ask us to share information or clearly choose a feature that requires sharing.
We do not make private chat content publicly available unless you deliberately choose a sharing or publishing function. We do not disclose private chat content to third parties for their independent advertising purposes.
7. Analytics, Attribution, Advertising, and Tracking
We and our partners may use analytics and attribution technologies to understand app usage, measure acquisition, detect fraud, and improve the Service. These technologies may process device identifiers, product-interaction data, diagnostics, and approximate location.
If any activity constitutes “tracking” under Apple’s rules, the app will request permission through Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency framework before tracking occurs. You may deny or later change this permission in your device settings. Denying tracking permission does not prevent you from using the Service’s core chat functions.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Service, maintain an account or chat history, deliver purchased entitlements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and protect the Service.
Retention periods may vary by data type:
account and profile information may be retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward;
chat and character content may be retained until you delete it, reset the conversation, delete your account, or the applicable retention period expires;
safety reports and enforcement records may be retained as necessary to prevent repeated abuse and comply with law;
transaction, subscription, refund, tax, and accounting records may be retained for legally required periods;
backups may remain for a limited period before secure deletion or overwriting.
We may retain aggregated or de-identified information where it can no longer reasonably identify you.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
request access to personal information we hold about you;
request correction of inaccurate information;
request deletion of personal information;
object to or restrict certain processing;
withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
request a portable copy of certain information;
appeal a decision concerning a privacy request;
opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, sharing, or profiling activities where applicable;
lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.
You may submit a request through https://www.dreamersai.ink/DreamersAIiOS_Privacy_Policy.html or by emailing support@dreamersai.ink. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification of their authority.
If the Service supports account creation, you may delete your account through [IN-APP ACCOUNT DELETION PATH]. Deleting the app from your device does not by itself delete an account or server-side information.
You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your account or other personal information.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These measures may include access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring, logging, and vendor-security requirements. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International Data Transfers
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and safeguards, such as adequacy decisions, contractual protections, or standard contractual clauses. Local laws in the receiving country may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
12. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended only for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided personal information, contact us at [PRIVACY EMAIL]. If we confirm that such information was collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
13. U.S. State Privacy Disclosures
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights regarding access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out choices. The categories of personal information we may collect are described in Section 2; the business and commercial purposes are described in Section 3; and the categories of recipients are described in Section 6.
We do not sell personal information for money. If our practices constitute “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or “sale” under an applicable state law, we will provide the required notice and opt-out method. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
14. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may link to or integrate third-party services. Those third parties process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of services we do not control.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Service, law, technology, or our data practices. We will update the “Last Updated” date and provide additional notice where required. Continued use of the Service after an update becomes effective means the updated policy applies to future use, subject to applicable law.
